1) Homeline Trading Inc. is a home furnishings wholesale distribution company, which currently deal with our existing customers who are chain retailers and we are open to expand to any new customers either they small or big retailers or they are online sellers. Exclusive selling terms are given to all our bulk buyers.
2) Should you wish to purchase our products, we would like to know your full business name & address plus the contact details and any other relevant information by email.
3) Upon successful setting up of an account we will then ask you to select the products from this site suiting your needs & requirements and send us your formal purchase order accompanied by a 30% deposit payment either by your company cheque or by E-transfer directly to Homeline.
4) Upon successfully receiving your purchase order and 30% deposit we will put your order for production which will take approximately 10-12 weeks to produce and ship from overseas. Minimum quantity required is 4 pieces of each item in each color of leather or material selected.
5) For Bedroom or Dining Room Sets, a minimum of 10 sets are required in each color or size.
6) Once the your finished order shipment is received from our manufacturer, we will notify you either by email or by a phone call to set up a delivery date or a pick up date in case you would like to pick up yourself.
7) The remaining balance payment of 70% will be required to be paid at least a week prior to the arrival of the goods and from the time of local shipping or pick up from our Burnaby based warehouse.
